I brought up with various physical activities and disciplines such as Judo and Kendo (The way of Sword) and Multi Sports such as Dodge ball, Basketball, Volleyball and Softball from young age until mid teenage years.  Then have fallen in love to Flamenco and started learning Flamenco Dancing in Japan since 1992 and been trained with the top Flamenco Dancers and greatest teachers in Spain and the U.K.  Later founded a Dance Company, 'Taconeo Grupo Flamenco' in 2002 and performed in the theatres, festivals, events and taught private, regular classes and workshops in London since 2006.

    I also had a strong interest in the Reflex Therapy, called Reflexology and decided to study intensively in Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology and Holistic Massage (ITEC) in London and became a Complementary Therapist after the birth of my second child.  My interest and passion in Complementary Therapy have grown so quickly ever since and extended the study and qualified in Aromatherapy (ITEC), Sports Massage (BTEC), Thai Yoga Massage, Tui na (Chinese) Massage and Lomi lomi (Hawaiian) Massage (IPTI), Bowen Technique (BTAA/BTUK), EMMETT Technique, Kinesiology (TASK, HSK), Cranio-sacral Therapy (CCST) and I'm currently ongoing training for TCM Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.  I have been also taking various CPD courses to enhance my existing skills, techniques and will continue to study in my own journey as a therapist with 'never-ending curiosity' in Natural Therapy, including Nutrition, Energy healing/Medicine and Body Mechanics.

  'More I learn, I realise that I know nothing' so I keep learning to progress and evolve. I love what I do and it is my joy to be able to see my clients feel free, pain free, taller, grounded, centred, balanced and feel good themselves when they walk out from my cosy therapy room.

    I had been a Volunteer Complementary Therapist at Britain' one of the oldest and largest hospices, St. Joseph's Hospice in East London for 5 years since 2016, and I'm currently working on my own project for the difficult cases with integrative therapy with Kinesiology, Allergy treatment, Bowen Technique, Cranio-sacral Therapy and Homeobotanical Therapy.

    I am fully insured by Holistic Insurance Services and a full member of Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), Association of Reflexologists (AoR), NO HANDS Massage Association (NHMA), Bowen Association UK (BAUK), a professional member of Kinesiology Association (KA), TASK-UK Network (TUKN) and registered by Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
